This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Vyson Made collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to vysonmade.com, our online store, quote requests, email and text messages, and orders we fulfill.
Vyson Made is operated by Vyson Made, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), based in Jacksonville, Florida.
The short version
- We collect what we need to quote, make and ship your order, and to run this website.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request.
- Every U.S. resident can ask us to access, correct, delete or export their information, no matter which state they live in. Use Your Privacy Choices or email info@vysonmade.com.
- You must be 18 or older to place an order, request a quote or create an account.
1. Information we collect

- Order details: billing and shipping addresses, the products, sizes, colors and quantities you order, and your order history.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as card type and last four digits. We do not store full card numbers.
- Artwork and project files: logos, graphics, photos and instructions you send for a quote or order.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, text, contact form, quote form or social media.
- Age confirmation: your confirmation that you are 18 or older, with the date and time you confirmed.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of visits, collected through server logs.
- Cookies and browser storage: see Cookies and similar technologies.
Information from others
- Payment processors and shipping carriers (for example, payment status and delivery updates).
- A person who orders on your behalf or sends a gift to you (for example, your name and shipping address).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, health information or biometric data. Please don't send it to us.
2. How we use information
- To prepare quotes, create proofs, produce, ship and support your order.
- To create and manage your account and process payments, refunds and returns.
- To communicate with you about orders, proofs, delivery and customer service.
- To send marketing emails or texts, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To confirm that customers meet our minimum age requirement.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
- To understand how the site is used and improve our products and services.
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who work for us under contract, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, website hosting, email delivery, our e-commerce platform and Google Analytics (site measurement). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, court order or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Vyson Made, our customers or others.
- Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and provide a clear way to opt out.
4. Your artwork and photos of finished work
We use the artwork you send only to quote, proof, produce and reorder your items. We keep files so you can reorder easily, and we will delete them when you ask unless we need them to resolve an open order or dispute.
We sometimes photograph finished orders for our portfolio and social media. These photos never show your personal information. If you'd rather we not share photos of your order, tell us before or after it ships and we will not post them (or will remove them).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential: our store uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and complete checkout. The site cannot work properly without them.
- Preferences: this site saves small settings in your browser, such as your age confirmation and whether you paused animations. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last and which pages brought visitors here. See Google Analytics below.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because there is no common standard for them, but we do honor Global Privacy Control.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. Google processes this information on our behalf to give us reports about site usage.
- We use Google Analytics for measurement only. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and we do not use it to show you ads.
- Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics cookies in our cookie banner, and never if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. See our Cookie & Data Sharing Notice.
- You can stop Google Analytics in any browser by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
- Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (including those of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island) give you rights over your personal information. We extend these rights to every U.S. resident, whether or not your state requires it:
- Know and access: ask what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
- Portability: get your information in a portable, commonly used format.
- Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Delete: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for taxes).
- Opt out: of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. We don't do these things, but you can still record your choice.
- Limit use of sensitive information: we don't collect sensitive information, so this right does not change how we use your data.
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different quality of service because you used your rights.
7. How to make a request
- Use the request form on Your Privacy Choices, or
- Email info@vysonmade.com with the subject "Privacy request."
Verification. To protect your information, we will confirm your identity by matching details you give us (such as your email address and a recent order number) with our records. We will only use that information to verify your request.
Authorized agents. You may have someone submit a request for you. We will ask for written permission signed by you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Timing. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up to 45 more days where the law allows. Requests are free; we may decline or charge a reasonable fee for requests that are clearly unfounded or excessive, and we will explain why.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@vysonmade.com with the subject "Privacy appeal." We will respond within the time your state's law requires (generally 45 to 60 days) and explain our decision. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
8. Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser. If you are signed in, we apply it to your account as well.
9. State-specific notices
California. In the past 12 months we collected the categories of information described in section 1: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity and, for artwork you send, audio/visual information. We collected them from the sources and for the purposes described in sections 1 and 2, and disclosed them for business purposes to the service providers in section 3. We have not sold or shared personal information. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.
Nevada. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still submit an opt-out request to info@vysonmade.com.
10. Age requirement and children
You must be 18 or older to place an order, request a quote, subscribe or create an account. Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@vysonmade.com and we will delete it.
11. How long we keep information
- Order, payment and tax records: as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to seven years).
- Account information: while your account is open, and for a reasonable time after you close it.
- Artwork files: until you ask us to delete them, or after three years without an order.
- Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe.
- Privacy request records: at least 24 months.
12. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
13. Email and text messages
We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you sign up for texts, message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We never require you to accept marketing messages to make a purchase. We will still send transactional messages about your orders.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or with a notice on the site before the change takes effect.
