Vyson Made wants everyone to be able to browse, shop and request work from us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we keep improving the site.
1. What we've done
- Keyboard access: menus, buttons, color swatches, size options and dialogs can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Skip link: a "Skip to content" link appears when you press Tab on a page.
- Motion control: the site follows your device's "reduce motion" setting, and a "Pause motion" button in the footer stops swaying garments, wind and background grain.
- Alternatives to 3D: the draggable hoodie and swinging garments are decorative. Every product and color can also be chosen with standard buttons, and each garment photo has a text description.
- Readable text: text and controls are designed for strong contrast, pages can be zoomed to 200%, and the layout adapts to phones and tablets.
- Forms: form fields have labels, and errors are explained in text.
- Touch targets: buttons on touch screens are at least 44 pixels tall.
2. Known limitations
- Some scroll-driven animations move content as you scroll. If this is uncomfortable, use "Pause motion" or your device's reduce-motion setting.
- Checkout and payment pages are partly provided by third parties (for example, payment processors). We choose providers that support accessibility, but we don't control all of their content.
- Older product photos and PDFs may not have complete descriptions yet. We're adding them.
3. Need help or found a problem?
If any part of the site is hard to use, or you'd like information in another format, contact us and we'll help you place your order or get what you need another way.
- Email: info@vysonmade.com
Please tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
4. Ongoing review
We test the site with keyboard navigation, screen readers and automated checkers when we make major changes, and we review this statement at least once a year. This statement was last reviewed on November 4, 2026.
