This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies Vyson Made uses on vysonmade.com, what information they collect, who we share it with, and how you control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and scripts that read information from your browser or device. In this notice, "cookies" covers all of them.
2. The cookies we use
Required (always on)
These run the store and keep it secure. They keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, process checkout and payments, remember your 18+ confirmation and remember your cookie choice. The site can't work without them, so they can't be turned off.
Analytics (optional)
If you allow them, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and how you found us. We use this only to improve the site. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
Marketing (optional)
If you allow them, marketing cookies let us measure and improve our advertising on social media and other websites, and show you relevant Vyson Made ads. Our advertising partners may receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and products added to your cart. These stay off unless you choose "Accept all" or turn them on in Cookie settings.
3. Information collected
Depending on your choices, cookies may collect: pages and products you view, how you interact with the site, the website that referred you, your device and browser type, your IP address and approximate location, and identifiers stored in cookies.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the store for us, such as our hosting company, WooCommerce and our payment processors. These are covered by required cookies.
- Google, for analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies.
- Advertising and social media partners, only if you allow marketing cookies.
Under some state laws, sharing information with advertising partners for targeted ads can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We only do this if you allow marketing cookies, and you can opt out anytime.
5. Your choices
- Cookie settings: use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page to accept or refuse analytics and marketing cookies.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out and keep marketing cookies off, even if you click "Accept all".
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking required cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working.

6. How long cookies last
Your cookie choice is saved for 12 months, after which we ask again. Cart and sign-in cookies last for your session or until you sign out. Analytics cookies last up to 13 months.
